Introduction:

• SP-EV series AC charging pile test device is mainly used for online debugging, offline testing, aging testing, and functional verification of products. The test device strictly complies with the national standards GB/T18487.1-2015 and GB/T 20234.2-2015, and truly simulates the charging process and various faults of the real vehicle, avoiding the inconvenience and test content caused by using an electric real vehicle as a testing device. It is not comprehensive and cannot simulate problems such as real faults. At the same time, it can avoid damage to the test vehicle caused by charging pile failure. 
  
  
• The test device can measure charging voltage, current, and power; test CP and CC pilot signals; it can also simulate leakage faults and display the above parameters through a touch screen for easy observation and operation.

1. Optional AC charging pile socket supports GB-T, Type2 and Type1 standards; 
   
2. Optional power options include: single-phase 7kw, single-phase 11kw, three-phase 22kw, three-phase 42kw and more;

6. The switches for the on-off of each contact circuit of PE, CP and CC can realize the simulation function of each on-off fault state; 
   
7. The connection temperature of the gun holder is displayed in real time; the charging status of the charging pile is displayed in real time;
   
8. It has automatic testing of host computer interoperability, and a test report can be generated after the test is completed; 
   
9. It adopts 7-inch touch screen display and is easy to operate; 
   
10. Equipped with USB communication interface. 
    
11. Optional measurement verification function: built-in multi-channel wave recording module, which can collect charging voltage, current, and CP signals to facilitate timing observation. LAN, RS232, WIFI and other communication methods, set up WIFI hotspot, remote wireless terminal. 0.05 level calibration test items: working error, indication error, payment amount error, clock indication error, which can complete the 0.05 level measurement calibration test function of JJG1148-2022;
