Introduction:

  • SP-DC charging pile test device has GB-T standard interoperability specification testing and communication protocol consistency testing functions. Mainly used for DC charging pile full load testing needs, production workshops, laboratories, installation and commissioning, charging piles after maintenance, charging piles after upgrades and modifications, various performance tests, andcommunication protocol testing. 

  • The GB-T standard meets: 'GB/T34657.1-2017 Electric Vehicle Conductive Charging Interoperability Test Specification Part 1 Power Supply Equipment' test project requirements; 'GB/T34658-2017 Electric vehicle off-board conductive charger and battery management system' test project requirements 'Communication protocol conformance test' test item requirements; the built-in simulated vehicleBMS software 'GB/T27930-2015 Communication protocol between off-board conductive chargers and battery management systems for electric vehicles' is compatible with the requirements of the GB/T27930-2011 version; CCS2 and CCS1 standard communication protocols: Charging communication meets ISO15118 and DIN70121 standard requirements; power transmission meets IEC61851 standardrequirements; vehicle sockets meet IEC62196 standard requirements; CHAdeMO standard protocol meets CHAdeMO1.2&2.0 standardrequirements; vehicle sockets meet IEC62196 standard requirements.



Features:

  • The charger's CHM, CRM, CTS, CML, CRO, CCS, CST, CSD, CEM and other message statuses are displayed in real time; 
  • The vehicle-side message content and message cycle can all be set, which can simulate various vehicle message situations; 
  • The host computer uses USB interface for direct control, which eliminates the cumbersome wiring and adapters compared with 485 and 232; 
  • Real-time message output and translation during the communication process, and has a real-time saving function. It is equivalent to having thefunction of a CAN box, which facilitates direct use and fault analysis by various related personnel; 
  • Statistics on the average period, number of transmissions, maximum period, and minimum period of various types of messages. Message Gantt waveform chart output makes fault analysis of charging piles more intuitive and comprehensive; 
  • Test the communication consistency of charging piles and have the function of outputting analysis reports; Equipped with battery voltage simulation, which can simulate the positive connection, reverse connection and no connection test of the battery; 
  • Built-in K5 and K6 switch state simulation function, multi-level R4 resistance setting, can test critical gun withdrawal state, complete gun withdrawal state, resistance adjustment range 295Ω~2550Ω;
  • Insulation module: It can meet the charger insulation, reverse connection test and non-connection test. The test voltage access range is 0- 1000V, and the insulation resistance adjustment range is 22.9kΩ~300kΩ;
  • It has a level 1 electric energy meter, which can display the output voltage, current, and power of the charging pile in real time, count thecharging power, and can synchronize the data to the BCS message; 
  • SOC increases automatically, and the charging time can be set to achieve the automatic aging test function; Interoperability test, insulation failure test, gun pull test, battery reverse connection, no connection and other tests; It has terminals for pile end signal voltage, current, CC1, auxiliary power supply, abnormal synchronization signal, etc., and can be connected to other testing instruments for pile end signal testing and test inspection; Internally integrated battery voltage simulator, voltage range 0-1000V, used for charging pile startup timing test (optional); 
  • Charging pile socket (GB-T standard, CCS2 standard, CCS1 standard, CHAdeMO standard optional); 
  • Optional measurement verification functions: LAN, RS232, WIFI and other communication methods, built-in WIFI hotspot, remote wireless terminal. 0.05 level calibration test items: working error, indication error, payment amount error, clock indication error, which can complete the 0 .05 level measurement calibration test function of JJG1149-2018.

1. What does this Mini DC Charger Tester do?

It simulates an electric vehicle to test DC fast chargers (CCS2 and CHAdeMO) — including charging communication and power delivery — without connecting a real EV, so installers and operators can validate charger output, protection and handshake behavior on site.

2. What does "built-in load" mean?

The tester contains its own load, so it can draw real DC charging power from the charger and verify delivered current/voltage — no external load bank or EV battery needed for the test.

3. CCS2, CHAdeMO or both?

CCS2 is the dominant DC fast-charging standard in Europe and much of Asia; CHAdeMO is common in Japan and some legacy networks. A dual-standard tester (both CCS2 and CHAdeMO) covers mixed fleets with one unit — choose single-standard if your sites only have one type.
