Introduction:

The SP-EV AC charging pile aging system is used for the factory aging test of finished AC charging piles to ensure that theperformance of the finished product is stable and the shipment yield rate meets the requirements. Supports multiple standards, supports single/three-phase charging piles, supports national standard single-phase/three-phase, European standard single-phase/ three-phase, and American standard charging pile product aging tests.


Features:

  • 16 aging channel data display: voltage, current, power, electricity; 
  • The aging rack is equipped with quick crimp terminals and pile-specific power sockets; 
  • The load fan adopts a small axial flow fan, which has the characteristics of large air volume, good heat dissipation and low noise; 
  • Each channel is configured with S2 switch; 
  • Control method: Aging rack control adopts main contactor + each micro circuit breaker control; 
  • Each workstation of the aging rack is marked with a work indicator light; 
  • Use quick-plug connectors to facilitate wiring with products; 
  • Aging bench and load separation mode, the load part can be used independently, and can also be used for testing other products. The load can be equipped with resistive load and feedback energy-saving load.

1. What is an AC charger aging (burn-in) system?

It runs multiple AC chargers simultaneously under real load for hours or days before shipment, exposing early-life failures — the standard production-reliability step between end-of-line testing and delivery. This model provides up to 16 channels with 42 kW total aging capacity.

2. Why do I need aging if I already test each unit at EOL?

Short functional tests miss infant-mortality failures — semiconductor and thermal defects often appear only after hours under load. Aging catches units that would otherwise fail in the customer's first week, cutting warranty cost and field failures.

3. How does per-station control and data work?

Each channel is controlled and monitored independently, with load profiles and data logging per station so you can review each charger's aging record and keep production quality evidence.

4. Is the load resistive or feedback (energy recovery)?

Configure according to your power budget: resistive-load aging is simple and rugged; feedback (regenerative) aging returns energy to the grid and cuts heat and electricity cost in continuous high-utilization operation — discuss the right topology for your volumes with our engineers.

5. Which chargers can it age?

AC charging stations within the system's per-channel power and connector/voltage range — confirm your charger models (power, output type, protocol) with us so we can match channel configuration, cabling and control.
