Introduction:

• SP-RCD AC single/three-phase load is a nonlinear simulation load that can be used totest UPS power supplies, inverter power supplies, etc. to understand their true workingcapabilities with nonlinear loads such as computers and network equipment. By accurately detecting the output power and quality of the power supply, it can be avoided that it cannotdrive the load or cause pollution to the power grid during actual use, thus ensuring the safety of power supply. 
  
• Traditional R/RLC simulated loads are based on linear loads and cannot simulate the changing characteristics of non-linear loads, making it difficult to test the actualperformance of generator sets and UPS in data centers and network power environments.Only by using RCD nonlinear loads can we make the most accurate judgment on the output power and power quality of the power supply equipment. 
  
• The RCD load bank is based on relevant national standards such as GB/T7260.3-2003 ' Uninterruptible Power Supply Equipment (UPS Part 3: Methods and Test Requirements for Determining Performance)' and through in-depth research and development and testing, thedesign specifications and parameter standards of the RCD load have been determined , developed a new RCD simulation load.
  

Features:

1. The fan adopts a small axial flow fan, which has the characteristics of large air volume, good heat dissipation and low noise; 
   
2. It has automatic alarm protection function for temperature overheating: when overheating occurs due to special reasons, the load can be automatically cut off to ensure safe use; 
   
3. The fan starts automatically when the load is loaded and stops automatically after the load is unloaded; Independently developed new power consumption alloy resistor, with high power density, no red heat phenomenon and longservice life; 
   
4. Communication interface: Ethernet, (reserved 485 interface, following modbus-RTU: for users to develop their own software); 
   
5. The software can set the power value to be loaded, automatically calculate and load the required power level; Can carry out ON/OFF stress test; 
   
6. Perform data recording and fault query in real time.
